DOGAN VINC A.S., having embarked on its production journey in Denizli in 1973, stands as one of the most experienced companies in the Turkish crane industry, successfully combining over half a century of experience with the latest technologies of today, thereby producing technically equipped and solution-oriented projects and consistently strengthening its success in these projects.
In our production process, the crane systems we manufacture in compliance with DIN, FEM, ISO 9001:2015, and TSE standards, offering lifting and carrying capacities ranging from 1,000 kg to 150,000 kg, precisely meet the needs of our valued customers through meticulously managed processes, from pre-offer project planning to after-sales service.
In our production facility, which has a 4,500 square meter closed area, we are serving the industry in our country and the world market with our annual production capacity of up to 450 cranes of different specifications. Since 1995, we have established a solid place in the global market with our crane system exports to Europe, America, the Middle East, and Africa. We have proudly reached more than 30 countries with over 5,000 actively operating lifting machines, and we are moving forward with the vision of exporting to 50 countries as our new goal.
As DOGAN VINC, to provide the fastest and most effective solutions to our customers in after-sales services, we aim to reach every province in Turkey in the shortest time with our fully equipped mobile team consisting of 10 vehicles; we continue to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction with the 24/7 service and spare parts support we provide. Our marketing network, spread across Turkey, enables our Denizli-based company to offer direct services with our personnel in the Istanbul, Izmir, and Ankara regions.
By placing great importance on our institutionalization process, we continuously improve the management and organizational structures we have created with consulting support from experts in the field. Adopting the "Quality at Every Point" philosophy, we integrate the "Continuous Business Improvement Model" and "Total Quality Management" systems into our production and management processes.
